You read about precious Sophia already and I mentioned her best friend/future boyfriend Gavin, well now it’s time you meet him. He’s a big bunch of cuteness topped with a sweet side of love. Gavin turned one in January and his mommy wanted to get some new pictures of him since he was all grown up now. He’s as charming as they come now a days and his eyelashes would make any girl jealous. He is going to be a for sure head turner when he gets older and as tall as a giraffe I predict, This was also my second time photographing Gavin. He’s so serious, like as serious as a wallstreet business man, I love it. I love everything about him but my favorite would be his dememor, he reminds me so much of his momma. She’s as sweet as they come and I am very happy to call her friend. She came into my life just when I needed her, actually just when we needed each other. Love you girl. If you have been a fan of my photography on facebook for a while now you may remember Sophia! I had the privilage of photographing Sophia’s baptism  at a russian orthodox church back in September of 2009. It was an amazing experience and I was more than honored to be apart of it. One of my favorite things about being a photographer is you experience what the client is going through, you feel their emotions and you are able to capture those emotions and provide an image that will last a lifetime. Another thing I love about being a photographer is the bonds you develop with some of your clients, I walked away from that baptism knowing that I had captured some very special moments for Sophia’s mom and dad but also knowing that it was the start of a new friendship. Sophia’s mom and I have bonded and developed a friendship and I am happy to be apart of their life. If you weren’t able to see Sophia’s baptism pictures I have included the slideshow I made for them last year, here are a couple pictures from that day.

Sophia was 6 months old then and I didn’t think she could get any cuter, but boy was I wrong. I have watched her grow like a tumbleweed over the last 6 months and every time I see her she’s even more beautiful than the first time I laid eyes on her. Sophia turned ONE on February 16 and it was time for another portrait session of little miss priss. Larissa, Thank you for not only allowing me, but trusting me to capture those special moments and provide images of your beautiful daughter. I look forward to watching her grow and sharing those experiences with you. I forgot to mention how Larissa found me, it wasn’t by just pure luck that we stumbled across one another, it was all because of another very special Mom, a girl that I hold dear to my heart and she happens to be the Mom of the adorable little guy that has already claimed Sophia to be his girlfriend Gavin has also recently turned one and he is all about Sophia, actually they are all about each other. They have spent the last year bonding and becoming the best of friends. Candy and Gavin was also there that day and you will be seeing his adorable images next! Sophia was explaining to Gavin why they couldn’t get married, Her daddy has said she was just to young, that may be next year they could, and he didn’t take it very well.. Poor little fella.

Aiden’s mom wanted to get a quick shot for his birthday invitation so I managed to squeeze her in between 3 other sessions a few weeks ago. I hadn’t met her yet but I had spoken with her a few times and seen pictures of her little boy and he was just as cute if not cuter than I thought he would be! He was full of giggles and smiles and I can’t wait to do his full birthday session, but for right now enjoy his birthday invitation images!
